Your username and password are CaSe SeNsITIvE and must be entered with the exact capital and lowercase letters that you entered when you signed up. The site will require that you enter your password once to login to the members area, and then again before playing a video. You may avoid this by checking the "Remember Password" or "Save Password" check box. If you have entered your password incorrectly too many times and you are locked out of the site, exit your browser and re-launch it before logging in again.
